1. Introduction

Welcome to Force Prep Solutions Inc. (“Force Prep Solutions”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website, booking a service, or participating in any testing session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Force Prep Solutions Inc. provides mobile occupational fitness testing services, including but not limited to:

  • PARE (Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation)

  • COPAT (Correctional Officer Physical Abilities Test)

  • Other standardized physical readiness assessments and online educational courses

We administer standardized testing protocols but are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility & Participant Responsibility

By booking a test, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to participate in strenuous physical activity.

  • You understand the physical demands of the assessment.

  • You have obtained medical clearance where required.

  • You will complete and sign all required waivers prior to participation.

Participants are solely responsible for determining their fitness to participate.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Applicable taxes (GST or other required taxes) are included in the listing price.

A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled test may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the test may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Company Cancellations

Force Prep Solutions Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Facility issues

  • Instructor availability

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient participant numbers

  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • Rescheduling, or

  • A refund of the booking fee.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in occupational fitness testing involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strain

  • Cardiovascular stress

  • Slips, trips, and falls

  • Physical injury

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

All participants must sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Force Prep Solutions Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Missed employment opportunities

  • Travel or accommodation costs

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

8. Test Results & Certification

Force Prep Solutions Inc. administers standardized assessments in accordance with established testing protocols.

We do not guarantee:

  • A passing result

  • Employment

  • Acceptance by any law enforcement agency

Test results are provided as administered and are not subject to alteration.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Respect staff and other participants

  • Arrive on time and prepared

  • Wear appropriate athletic attire

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

  • Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner

  • Fails to comply with instructions

  • Appears medically unfit to participate

10. Privacy

We collect personal information necessary to:

  • Process bookings

  • Communicate scheduling information

  • Administer services

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Force Prep Solutions Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved within Alberta.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
