Alyce brings an extensive background in critical care nursing, advanced clinical education, and frontline emergency response environments. She played a key role in the development and delivery of an Advanced First Aid education program for the Grande Prairie Fire Department, contributing to both the online curriculum design and in-person instruction. Her work in this program reflects a broader commitment to developing practical, evidence-informed education for emergency service professionals. Through her experience across acute care, prehospital collaboration, and frontline training environments, she has developed a strong understanding of the clinical and operational realities faced by first responders.
Ethan has a long-standing background in training, leadership, and operational instruction. As a Sergeant with AHS Protective Services, he works closely with multiple disciplines in frontline environments and regularly provides education and mentorship to the professionals he works alongside. His extensive experience in training and leadership provides valuable insight into the performance expectations and operational demands placed on individuals entering public safety careers.
