CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Force Prep Solutions Inc.

1. Overview

Force Prep Solutions Inc. operates limited-capacity occupational fitness testing clinics. Each booking reserves a dedicated time slot, facility space, staffing, and equipment allocation.

Due to these operational commitments, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

2. Participant Cancellations

A. More Than 72 Hours Before Appointment

If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled test:

  • You may request to reschedule to a future available date, subject to availability.

  • Refund requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

B. Within 72 Hours of Appointment

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment:

  • Are non-refundable.

  • May not be eligible for rescheduling.

This policy ensures fairness to other participants and protects operational costs.

C. No-Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice:

  • Is considered a no-show.

  • Is non-refundable.

  • Will require a new booking and full payment to reschedule.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or through the booking platform.

Rescheduling:

  • Is subject to availability.

  • May be limited to one (1) reschedule per booking.

  • Must comply with the 72-hour policy unless otherwise approved.

Force Prep Solutions Inc. reserves the right to deny repeated rescheduling requests.

4. Medical or Emergency Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

In cases involving:

  • Documented medical emergencies

  • Serious injury

  • Family emergencies

Participants may contact us for review.

Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Force Prep Solutions Inc.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Participants must arrive at least [15–20] minutes prior to their scheduled time.

Late arrivals may:

  • Be denied participation

  • Be considered a no-show

  • Forfeit their booking without refund

Testing schedules cannot be delayed for late participants.

6. Company Cancellations

Force Prep Solutions Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Facility availability issues

  • Instructor illness

  • Safety concerns

  • Severe weather

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • Rescheduling to a future date, or

  • A full refund of fees paid.

7. Weather & Travel Disruptions

Participants are responsible for monitoring weather and travel conditions.

Personal travel disruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds or rescheduling outside of policy guidelines.

8. Non-Transferability

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Force Prep Solutions Inc.

Participants may not transfer their slot to another individual without authorization.

9. Agreement to Policy

By booking a service with Force Prep Solutions Inc., you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
